I have lived here for 6 years. Terri and Karen are really 2 Awesome ladies. This is a clean and quiet community. I love my place and to be honest if your looking for affordable place with a lot of room, come check out why the residents are happy. New laundry room, pool. playground.

Good morning, here is what i have to say about Monte vista apartments. I've only been here a year but you have to be at place for a long time to know if its good. i am 37 years old and before i lived at Monte Vista i was scared to live anywhere alone. i felt safe here. Of course every complex has its areas that can be improved, and Monte vista doesn't skimp when it comes to listening to the wants and needs of its tenants. They are polite and steadfast with concerns and make you feel at home. I... needed a new fridge and a new fridge i got in no time at all. I have to say that this place is decent, and i think decent gets overlooked. It's not the Palms in good year but when you tell people /show people how nice your place is and the price you pay for rent, it'll make people believe in hidden gems. That's what this place is...a hidden Gem. and its only going to improve. I'm only leaving because this place has made me become more confident and i have found a partner and we want a place together closer to work. If are looking for growth, while feeling safe and at home then Monte Vista is that place.

I am just leaving because of relocation to another state. This place is fantastic, nice very quiet complex and very affordable. The ladies in the office are awesome, if you ask anything they are always there to help, and the few times I saw the maintenance guys were very professional. It’s a nice place to live. I am gonna miss this place for sure.

WITH A HEAVY HEART I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF A FAMILY EMERGENCY.THIS PLACE HAS BEEN AMAZING.THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE ARE FANTATIC, ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL WELCOME.WHENEVER THERE WAS ANY TYPE OF ISSUE WHICH WAS VERY FEW THEY WHERE ALWAYS ON TOP OF IT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME LIVING IN AN APARTMENT SINCE THE SEVENTIES.I WOULF DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.SOON AS EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF ON MY PART I WOULD LOVE TO MOVE BACK.THANKS FOR ALL THE MEMORIES.

Lets see my apartments are pretty much amazing first off the staff is so Wonderful and always handle any conerns you may have. My little family and I love it here it's truly pefect for young couples or a little family just getting started .The living room is a really nice size and both bedrooms are a great size very specious . I love how it has washer and dryer hooks . Nice big pool and jacuzzi. Last but not least it's a very nice quite complex neighbors are friendly and welcoming.
