Beautiful units but poor service Office stall make empty promises. Saying things will get fixed. Things will I’ll get taken care of. Promising callbacks that never happen. I haven’t had screens on my window or patio door since I moved in almost 3 months ago. If I open the patio door bees will com in since it’s spring now. I was told over a month ago that they were gonna check on it for me again and call me back. Never happened. Still don’t have a shelf in my fridge. Still have paint streaks on... the ceilings and walls throughout the unit. If the office does not think it’s an emergency then they will not deal with you, but pretend they are going to help you and never call back.

Also, the payment system is outrageous. To allow the payment to process twice for one billing cycle. The day after rent was paid. And not be able to refund the overpayment is insane.

Also having to pay a monthly fee to access a gym I may never use. Wild. Read More

Great place to live I have not had any issues living here. People are great. It's quiet. I do have a few repairs to put in with maintenance. Nothing major not something I need to do right away. it's great place. My kids and I love it.

Opinion I believe the lighting should be better on the property and it would really be nice if the security guard worked to stop all the through traffic other than that I see an excellent job being done

Great service with maintenance Maintenance is always very helpful. Had two tickets in a very short span of time, they were very helpful with both.

Maintenance around the Saratoga is: Great Im very pleased with the new garbage disposal, it works perfectly. Better yet, looks like everything on my requested list has been addressed and taken care of! Its night to go outside and see the trash bins are empty and they even emptied the pet stations! Thank you soooo much! Makes me want to invite family and friends over for a picnic before it gets to hot..
