I feel very disappointed I’ve been a resident since 2023, and my experiences were positive until I recently transferred apartments. The first time I got my unit in 2023, it was clean, and the kitchen looked freshly painted. But now, after the transfer, the apartment was dirty. (The carpet was clean) smell bad, the kitchen looks like it was painted by hand, with doors peeling, poorly painted, and drawers that fall apart. The floor was dirty, there was grease in the corners, and tape on the walls... that I haven’t removed for fear of ruining the paint. The bathroom floor has a crack that might be a problem later. Great job Dustin did a fantastical job and getting my bed room door fixed where it was shut. Also showed me how the proper way to use the microwave and he set the mail box where I could open it. It was off counter a little bit very satisfied he’s a good and hard worker.
