All Paramount Property Management residents are enrolled in the ENERGY & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (EPMP) for an additional $20/month which includes: HVAC filters installed in your home every two months. This service reduces energy costs through more efficient HVAC performance, prevents costly HVAC repairs, and removes dust, pollen and contaminants for cleaner and healthier air in the property.
