Maintenance team is great, pool is great, everything else has gotten bad. Algae has been growing on the sidewalk in the dog park for months now. AC broke in the middle of summer and they told me they will have a vendor look at it in a week. I will be renting a house for the same cost, more benefits, and none of the poor management that you see at this complex. Do not rent here

Simply Do Not Move Here
Whole experience was very bad. The only positive thing was the maintenance team was swift. everything else was subpar or very bad. Dont waste your money or time.

Wonderful place to live
My husband and I have been here for a year. I love our apartment and our little community. Friendly staff and maintenance. The property is always clean and the landscape kept well. I would recommend living here. It really is a nice place.

Gross
They let people leave their garbage out over the weekends so it’s nauseating by Monday. Lots of cigarette and marijuana smells
Don't bother moving here. There will be several delays for you to move in. If you're moving into a brand new building, prepare for your move in date to be moved more than once. Builder uses cheap materials. There are cabinets that were misaligned that had to be fixed months later, light fixtures missing and appliances that were missing parts as well upon move in. If you don't want to feel like you're in a roller derby, frat house or living in a trailer park where you hear everything, look... elsewhere.
