Welcome to your new home with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will not be disappointed with the amount of room and space you will have to spread out. The kitchen has a large island with lots of cabinets and comes equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Enter through the sliding doors to your back patio that is down the whole backside of the home. The backyard is large with fruit trees and small area of grass. The storage shed is NOT to be used by the tenants. You will need to bring your washer and electric dryer to hook up in the home. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, sewer and trash. Pets are allowed with owner approval. The first is $200 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. Security deposit is based on credit, background and rental history.
