The new maintenance crew have done some great improvement to the property. The responsive time has also improved to work orders and have only been very polite. John maintenance was a great addition to Bella Vista.

Its a very old building tjat they just patch up. When I moved in I had to clean my entire apt. The fridge was filthy, it literally had old black build up on the bottom shelf. None of the shelves were wiped down or the window panes. Dog hair everywhere. Nicks throughout my apt. Bathroom drawers full of hair. Nasty toilet seat that i had to beg to replace. Management talks behind all of the residents' backs. Once they have decided they dont like you they will lie and break the law to get you out including harassment and falsifying legal documents.

Only one complaint. They advertise WiFi available by pool and laundry room. When you ask them they say they do not even though the transmit two of them. Kinda made me not very happy because that was one of the reasons I moved here.
