Marlene is an Arizona native and fully understands the complexities and changing landscape of the Arizona market. She has been in the real estate industry since 2001 full time with previous experience in new home construction and teaching. She is part owner and broker of The Cerreta Realty Group a local real estate company and currently serves as team leader for The Cerreta Team. During the turbulent real estate times of 2006-2012, Marlene shifted her goals and began helping homeowners at risk for home foreclosure and wrote a book called “The Short Sale Process” that helped people at risk for loss to know they had options. Marlene understands the potential emotional stress and sometimes life altering experiences felt by clients during the real estate transaction process. Marlene always provides complete professionalism from herself and her team while understanding that real estate is a personal business. She thrives on managing the details and individuality of each transaction and client.
