It’s not bad at all I was nervous moving here after looking at some reviews but the good outweigh the bad for sure. Trust the good reviews not the bad.

Very pleasant place Lexington is a very pleasant place to call home. Staff is very helpful, polite and easy to express your request and concerns.

I’ve been here for two years and I have no complaints. The office staff is very friendly and anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, they have made sure to respond in a timely manner. The complex stays clean and I always feel very safe. I would recommend this property to everyone.

This apartment building is not well made. Mold grows in the window seals no matter how many times they/you wipe them due to them not being sealed in properly when installed. Because of that I had leaking in the bay window area when it rains. As well as leaking coming from the ceiling light fixture in my kitchen area from my upstairs apartment kitchen pipes. They on call maintenance is not a thing. If it is after hours you are just out of look maybe they will call you back the next 2 to 3... business days. The door frames haves cracks in them where you can see the light outside due to improper sealing. When I first moved in I had to request for the apartment to be recleaned.
