Trash Everywhere There is always trash in the walkways of the buildings and the dumpster is either overflowing or everyone is too lazy to walk 3 extra steps to put their trash in the dumpster and they just leave it on the ground. Pool seems to always be closed. It is also hard to find parking here and people have begun parking in handicapped spots and non-parking areas. Only good thing this complex has is its maintenance team.

I stayed in APV from last 6 years feels like home , from last march i got weed smell from apartments, i given lot of complaints, neighbors also written in reviews and complaints .
,manager came to Apartment and checked simply said No Smell and it is not harm Kids(really shocked statement),no action taken from manager, my kids got ear infection and unable to sleep in the nights ,
so i decided move out from apartments for better school education and kids health, I find one apartment Near good... school for kids,New apt called enquiry APV Leasing office , they given wrong feedback about US after staying 6 years , they spoiled my Kids education career,

Management is poor in responding to maintenance requests. They are ignoring me now. Saw rats here and hornets fly everywhere. Lights are always out. Had a list of problems when I firsat moved in. Seen better apartments and wish I wouldve moved in somewhere else now.

This is one of the nicest complexes in the area and it is conveniently located! I work downtown, but since the complex is close to the freeway, I can get there in less than 10 minutes. Almost all of the parking is covered and the pool is awesome! The office staff is the best, especially Cornelia!
