very poorly maintained. When they are working in an apartment connected, the poisonous vapors come thru the walls and are a health hazard and dangerous and all you get is "there's nothing we can do". They should credit me for a hotel stay for the night or two. I can't be expected to live with poisonous vapors permeating my apartment. Add to that every night the sewers go off and you are treated to sewage smells wafting thru your open windows. And don't forget to dodge the golf balls that are... flying everywhere. My roommate and I visited in March for a scheduled tour. Everything seemed great. Management told us to apply in June because we wanted an apartment in August. Though we wanted to go ahead and be put on the list, they told us no worries that there would be plenty of availability in August. When we applied in June they had increased the rates by over a hundred dollars and said that they would have no availability in August. I currently live here and it is a really great apartment! I have the 2 bed 2 bathroom with the balcony and it is always quiet no loud children and if you have any problems the staff are very kind. Only issue with the apartment is parking if you are not home before 6pm good luck on finding parking near your apartment

I moved here from out of state last year and was so relieved that this turned out to be a good community. The office people were nice when I met them and if I put in a maintenance request they have gotten it done the same day. I haven't had to deal with anyone too much, though. It is so close to the interstate! but also not in a high traffic area. Fast food and restaurants are near as well as groceries and the post office. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. However, the office manager is very unprofessional and rude. Could also make improvements on time management skills when it comes to maintenance work requests!!!!!
