They upkeep is terrible. Once you move they charge you all kind of outrageous fees such as a paint fee carpet fee ext… the apt wasn’t painted when I moved in which I put on the paper that they gave me after I viewed the apt after move in. The appliances are old and then have the nerve to go up on rent.

I signed my lease last night, BIG MISTAKE!!!! My apartment was filthy, mildew and mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen freezer and on the back splash. The apartment you live in, is nothing like the model that they show you, not even remotely close. 20 minutes after signing the lease and going into my apartment I immediately told the manager at 9:45pm that I want out of my lease and of course she said no, give them a chance to clean it. Well, I did, before I moved in it, the walls are filthy,... kitchen in general is filthy, this is a classic case of BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will not get rid of rats. Its been 7 months. Sticky traps and rats traps don't work for these big rats

This is a magnificent community to live in because it is surrounded by a golf course. The pool, fitness center, hot tub, tanning salon, tennis court, Country Club Restaurant & game room are amazing. The apartments are spacious, fully loaded & comfortable.

We picked out a 1043 square foot downstairs apartment facing the golf course. This eliminates any automobile noise or lights during the night. It has a private patio which is large enough for chairs, table and grill. It is landscaped and is kept manicured. It contains a open living concept with two bedrooms with plenty of closet space. There is two full baths with ample
storage. It contains a full kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, microwave and refrigerator with a good size pantry. The... washer and dryer is also located in a convenient spot in the kitchen behind closet doors. Ceiling fans in each room helping to cool the apartment and keep the electric bill low.
