I have officially moved in and absolutely love it. It is uniformed, well maintained and clean. I am not sure if i am just in a lucky section or others are like this, however within 45 minutes of moving in we met 4-6 neighbors coming and going. All of them were polite and non had an attitude. There are alot of dogs/fur babies here, HOWEVER!! I cannot stress this enough. This should NOT deter you. None of the dogs i have come across bark consistently, lunge, or growl at you. This is a nice quiet... and beautiful place. I waited for this property for 3 weeks versus other properies and it was well worth the wait. Their emailing response rate is PHENOMENAL. Management doesnt care about tenants and manager doesnt talk to anyone.

Moved into a B3 floor plan at the beginning of September and it has been perfect! I rented an older home before this that had typical issues that come with that--primarily mold and bugs. None of that here! Everything is new and working and the one time we needed maintenance for a small outlet issue in the kitchen, it was fixed within 24 hours of putting the work order in. Leasing Agent, Anna, was super helpful and informative when we toured--she took the time to show us every floor plan we... wanted to see (a few times admittedly since we are indecisive) and was very patient. I do occasionally hear my neighbors (mostly upstairs) but I expect some of that to a reasonable degree considering all of us in the building share walls. Staff has assured me that should I have issues with noise, bugs, anything really, they are always happy to do what they can but so far I haven't had anything to complain about--very happy here! I moved into one of their apartments back in July and I had cockroaches so bad I had to transfer me out of that unit even after several applications. They moved me into their model home unit until my apartment was ready. Watch your billing statements as they come in because they tend to fluctuate and is not reflective of what it actually do. Very frustrated.
