Avoid if possible.
Upon moving into Preston Place, I quickly realized the apartment was infested with roaches due to other tenants. After two weeks, of uninhabitable conditions, we had to threaten a lawyer to be moved to a new complex where the problems continued. Broken dryer which took 6 months to be replaced and constant broken air conditioner. It is a convenient location to campus other than that it is a dreadful experience.
