Living close to 5 Points and to work makes Cortland an attractive option, but the amenities, the views, and the friendly staff make it an easy decision. As someone that has a lot of experience with different apartment homes in the Birmingham area, I can easily tell you that Cortland is one of the best this city has to offer.

I've overall had a great experience with the Cortland Vesta apartments. The staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are often fixed quickly. I appreciate the new, clean facilities and lovely views of the city. Great area too!
