Highly Recommend—Responsive and Friendly Staff
This apartment complex is a really nice place to live. The property is well-kept, the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming, and everything is maintained nicely. Management is very quick to respond to any concerns, and they’re always helpful and professional. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where you feel genuinely taken care of. Paxton Perfect
Paxton Place is a nice place to live. The amenities and apartments are all brand new and very nice. The staff have been very responsive and respectful whenever I have reached out to them. The gym is actually the best apartment gym I have experienced.

Best Place to Live in Madison
I moved to this apartment complex about 4 months ago and it has been the best decision! The staff are super friendly and always willing to answer my questions, the layout of the apartments allow for spacious living that feels like a home, and the location is top notch. Definitely recommend living here!
