In the process of looking for my first apartment not only did the closet sell me, but the experience of the tour. Carson was so amazing both times that I toured. Gave all the information that was needed even helped me measure the staging couch so I could better visualize the space. He answered every question that I had. I love town Madison area! Great restaurants, next to Toyota stadium, not far from 72, easy access to research, shopping plaza down the street. This is truly a great location.... It’s one building but still gives off spacious where everyone has their own space! I’m so excited to be apart of the community events! After touring this place I was pretty much sold honestly! The kitchen and living space open concept is so nice with the large windows to a balcony space. For the 1bed room with a tub even though it didn’t have a pantry like the other 1 bedroom the amount of cabinet space makes up for it! Washer dryer unit is also a plus with updated modern appliances. Love the team, my apartment is gorgeous, the events are fun. Easily the best place to live in Town Madison with all the shops and restaurants plus the elevated touches other places do not offer!

I lived at the Palmer House for 1.5 years, only recently having moved out into a house. In short, I really enjoyed my time living there. The location is incredible in the fast growing Town Madison area. Even with that growth, it remains a quiet and peaceful area to live. The access to the highway makes it fast to get most places in Madison/HSV. Everyone who works at Palmer House is professional and friendly.
This was probably one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in and I would... definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking. It was definitely bittersweet to move out.

The maintenance crew and groundskeepers were fantastic and always kept the property so clean and beautiful. If I ever needed to place a maintenance request, it was addressed quickly and professionally.

The management and staff were also excellent. They were part of the reason I decided to sign my initial lease. While living there, they were helpful and listened if I brought anything to their attention. They helped my end of lease process be seamless and easy. I really appreciated the community events they organized for residents.

The facility and amenities themselves were excellent and well-kept. The private, self-service Pet Spa is an amazing amenity unique to this location. I don't remember seeing many when touring other complexes. Read More

Just what I need - great location, modern appliances, granite countertops, a building of mostly 1 bedrooms so it's quiet, friendly people, big gym, and an apartment that enforces quiet hours and hosts fun events. Maintenance team rocks
