I went to renew my lease, so I went to the office and they told me I had to do it online. So I did select a offer and a rate but then when I went to esign the document in the matter of 12 hours or less the offer change by over $200. The staff weren’t helpful in this matter and told me I had to talk to regional person even though I have an email documented rate. They charge you for concierge trash that doesn’t collect at the schedule times and cancels at the last minute with little notice. The... office staff aren’t available and you have to call multiple times before you can get in contact with someone. The amenities are not always accessible. Would not recommend staying here.

Quiet and Safe
This has been a great place to call home. We moved from out of state and were relieved to find such a quiet and safe place that is conveniently located in such a growing city! The staff have done a great job resolving any issues that come up. I would highly recommend Villas!

Amazing Staff
We have really enjoyed living at the Villas at Kelly Springs. It's located in a quiet part of town and is just minutes from everywhere we love to go in Huntsville. The property staff are outstanding! They are extremely quick to respond to any issues and are always coming up with events and activities for residents to participate in. All of the perks of a large apartment complex without all of the traffic and people!

Love our home!
We love our apartment! Beautifully designed and spacious one story layout creates a homey atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and have started hosting community events and raffles for the residents which helps build a sense of community and makes it feel like we are more than just a rent check! Any issues we have had, the staff has been diligent about getting them resolved. These apartments are also conveniently located, which makes going out on the town easy and fun! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Community
These apartments are a wonderful place to call home! Spacious, single level, new, modern, and conveniently located. Britney and Amber have always been great to work with and answer any questions we may have, and the maintenence has come whenever we have needed fixings, including emergency maintenence when our heater stopped working! Definitely worth the investment. A little slice of peaceful living.
