Overall the apartment is great. The location is very convenient, the amenities are cool, and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. The one negative aspect of the apartment is that the walls and ceilings are extremely thin. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes, every time they close their closet, every time they run their washer and dryer, and oftentimes even their conversations. It's something I wish I knew before I moved in. It's really unfortunate because the apartment is... great but the lack of any sound insulation gets really annoying.
