The tenant must be able to present the following AT signing:
-1 full month's rent
-A full security deposit (the amount of which is equal to a full month's rent) for each adult applicant.
-$75 leasing fee
- $20 pest control
-If not paid already at the time of signing, a $45 non-refundable application fee.
-Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name.
-Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.


PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. IF A PET IS APPROVED, TENANT MUST PAY:
-$45 per month in pet rent, per pet
-An additional $300 deposit.
