I have a Hot water heater that's bad and water is everywhere. The manager won't attempt to have this problem fixed. Ive been having problems since day one. I don't recommend unless they stop dragging their feet on situation that needs to be handled accordingly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE! I stayed here only 2 months before terminating my lease. Find anywhere else to live but here. I was so disgusted when I saw my apartment when it was time for me to pick up my keys. The images displayed are not what you get so don't get your hopes up thinking that's what you'll get. I spent 6 hours cleaning my apartment because of how nasty it was. Oh, and let's talk about the bugs. I used 2-3 cans of bug spray within 2 weeks because the bugs were EVERYWHERE.... All they did was spray bleach and "vacuum" the carpet and even then, I had vacuum again because there was white powder all over the edges of the carpet and I still couldn't figure where it was coming from. If you work during the day don't plan on getting any sleep at night. I made multiple noise complaints and NOTHING was resolved I never heard from anyone, I even called the police because of how loud the neighbors were and they never came. The laundry rooms are disgusting and overflowing with trash and don't count on using the pool because it hasn't been clean and the water is green.
