This place is absolutely breathtaking. It is close to everything without having to hear all of the hustle and bustle of being close to everything. Very quiet and peaceful here also, and the staff was nice and friendly.

This apartment is trash!!!!!!!!!!! My ac is broken nobody has said anything about it being fixed. My ceiling is leaking put In a report a year ago still hasn’t been fixed they just come spray paint over it. Beware of this apartment. Full of roaches. They don’t fix anything and they do not care. Can you imagine getting off work with your 5yr old begging for you to cut the air on but you can’t because it’s BROKEN!!

The office staff is always having something fun for the community! Maintenance has fixed my issues very quickly . I absolutely love living here!!

Can't get ahold of anyone in the office easily. Water is not included and it's turned off multiple times a month With very little or no advance notice. It can be quiet. My neighbors have been great for the most part. Smells of weed. I do enjoy the way our townhouse looks. Again it's hard to get in contact with anyone in the office. They don't call back when they say they will. Says masks are required in the office but no one in the office wears a mask¿

We have lived here over a year and absolutely LOVE IT! My children have made some wonderful friends, and everyone is so great its like a big family here! They are always doing cool things to involve the kids, like the fall festival and spring fling. Michelle is always trying to doing nice things for the residents and families. I especially loved the drive through breakfast, where she stood outside and gave us donuts and juice on our way to school and work :) I've lived in several apartment... complexes, but never one where it was actually like being a part of a family. we just love it here
