I lived at Abbey Oaks for about 6 months. Had a bunch of personal stuff happen with my family and had to make a sudden move. They were wonderful with working with me during this hard time and found someone to quickly move in my former apartment since I left before my lease was up. Maintenance was always on time if something ever did happen, pest control was included, I had a remodeled unit with vinyl hardwood floors and it was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

These townhomes are up to date and newly renovated. The floor plan I chose has all new paint, new carpet upstairs, new ceramic tile down stairs. Its very cozy. The manager is super nice. I think they are renovating most all the apartments before move in. You almost have to get on a waiting list for a nicely renovated one because its a fantastic rent rate for what you are getting!

This apartment has come a long way since I first moved in. At first glance it may look rundown but it has potential for sure. I've been living here two years amd the pool just opened this summer. We have been through three property managers in less than two years and there is only one maitnence man. There is no consistent schedule or crew for the property landscaping. But the rent is cheap and is close to the local hospital of which I am employed.
