Best apartments in Dothan!
I loved my stay at magnolia preserve! I had the greatest experience ever. Maintenance and staff always answered your needs! It was a very peaceful lease/stay that I had here. I would recommend this place to others.

????? Magnolia Preserve has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. What truly makes this property stand out is the exceptional staff. Jessie and Marlene have always been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and are always quick to answer questions or help with anything that’s needed.
A special thank you to Kingsley and Zach in maintenance. They are prompt, knowledgeable... , and take pride in their work. Any maintenance request I’ve had has been handled quickly and with a positive attitude.
It’s refreshing to live in a community where the management and maintenance teams truly care about their residents. I highly recommend Magnolia Preserve to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to live.

A great place to live!
The office staff is always super helpful and maintenance is always quick to help when any issue arises! Love our apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better complex when moving here!!
