Still, all necessities can be found just... minutes away in the small town of Cropwell, and even more essentials (Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc.) are found just 9 miles away in the growing town of Pell City, AL. This quiet residential neighborhood is perfect for a family or a small group (please note that quiet hours will be expected late in the evening.)

The home itself is cozy with a bright and lovely design. In the main room, you'll find comfortable furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flatscreen TV (Prime Video,
& Netflix are included!). A dining table will fit eight easily for a meal.

Heat in this home is supplied by a heat pump, and the wood-burning stove is also available. A fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of space and all the essentials you need to make your favorite dishes. Just steps away, you’ll find a private dock for swimming and fishing (please note that the water level changes seasonally). However, there is normally deep water from mid-March through mid-October. And throughout the year, the water and views are beautiful. There is also a hot tub and private pool (both maintained by your hosts.)
