Best Managers in Town
My partner and I have lived at Capital Park Apartments for seven years, in that time we have never once had a problem that was not swiftly solved by management. They are why we have stayed here for so many years. Tammy and Lori are the best team you could ask for, they are responsible, prompt, caring & compassionate. There is always an open line of communication so if there is ever an issue, all it takes to rectify the situation is a quick phone call.
The actual apartment is very nice. Before... moving in the carpet was replaced and everything was professionally cleaned. The space in a two bedroom is exactly the right size to build out a home in. This is also a cat friendly space so we were able to have fur babies, which makes any place warmer and more lively. Finally, we were able to turn our deck into a green space with a 3’x5’ pet safe Astroturf mat and a raised planter, effectively giving us another room.
The last point I will make is that Capital Park Apartments is priced extremely for what you get. We simply could not find another comparable apartment in Olympia for what you will pay here. Please give this place a chance, you will not be disappointed.

4 Years Lived Here, Amazing
I had an excellent experience here, the property manager Tammy is lovely and amazing she will always have your back. Pretty quiet and nice area, maintenance was always timely and did a good job. 5 stars!
