Im Austin, and have been a 8 year resident at walnut.l. Im 30 and still a novice when it comes to being a good leasee let alone perfect, but the property manager Theresa is such a normal person she makes you feel like you couldnt be a nuisance and stuff happens to us all. And ive definitely been on more than one occasion. Im writing this review because this place deserves at least one review on here. And its just a fraction of the love they've shown me whether being late on rent or even my... apartment flooding 4 years ago and they moved me in to one of the houses in the back, after putting me in a hotel and paying for it for 3 straight months while repairs were made. Super cool folk here.
