I’ve lived here for almost a year and was drawn to how welcoming and wonderful the property manager is and the staff. The landscaping, vibe, apartment layout, storage, amenities are all fantastic! The property is safe and secure and have never had an issue with mail or anything stolen. I would stay here for years if it wasn’t for one problem making me seriously considering giving up all the pros.

Before I moved in my stuff but after I signed my lease, I found a roach. Unfortunately there were... only more from that point on. I will say the apartment manager has always been on top of calling pest control when I tell them I see roaches. However they can only do so much because neighbors around me might have them but if they don’t say something, pest control can’t enter. So feel like I’ve been patching a sinking ship for all these months. Just keep an eye out and look hard for any signs before signing a lease. I don’t think it’s all units… but I’m not sure. I lived here for years now. I met lots of people here. Also the workers are nice and come if something is needed. They also let pets be here and have a place with grass and something on top incase it rain your dog won't have pee in the rain. The rooms are great. I say this is a good place to live in.

I have lived in this apartments for a year and I’m very happy of the accommodations, pool is always clean and going to the gym is always fun

Just want to say... great maintenance staff specially to Juan the maintenance supervisor... every time i have an issue with the apartment he’s there helping me .... oh n don’t forget Alex too thank you guys.
