Excellent price per month, decent living and the property team is amazing from the start...

Currently live here we had issues with bugs and the property manager was very rude when we asked for a exterminator we were without water for 3 weeks and no power and black mold in our ceiling and it wasn’t taken care of for 4 months

The rentals are clean, affordable and the tenants and staff are great. The Leasing office was always open and the Property Manager - Dianna was awesome to work with. Rent includes utilities, the units are furnished and the grounds are well maintained. Smoking is not allowed in or around the units, so we had no issues with smoke.
We enjoyed our time at the Timbers.

These are very basic studio apartments with a minimalist vibe that many will find very attractive. My apartment looks like its been recently renovated, though the furniture is a little scuffed up and the bed is very small with only a mattress with no boxsprings. There are no closets, limited storage and minimal cooking facilities. Smokers congregate on the walkway in front of the apartments, so you will be exposed to cigarette smoke. I have been here for almost two weeks and have been unable to... get a mailbox key despite repeated requests. I have been advised to send written notice that this is a violation of the terms of the lease. I wouldn't change your address to The Timbers until you get a mail box key, as getting a key might take some time. This is definitely not the place for packrats or people who cook a lot , but if your a chain smoking minimalist this place is for you.
