Mostly calm, if not a specific skunk smell from some buildings every once in a while. But I am also a hard of hearing grad student and don't go out much.

it hasn’t been awful, find it inappropriate that when staff is friends with residents they come in and out of apartments as they please. gabe has been the best property manager though and does a great job!

Its awesome here! I get along great with my roommates. I also love the proximity to campus! I am definitely renewing my lease for the upcoming year!

I would say charging utilities between 4 people rather than individually is pretty unfair. Rent is also pretty expensive compared to other apartments with own bedroom and bathroom.
