It’s a fun place to live! Everyone here is so fun and it’s not difficult to move in or to pay bills. one thing i will say is the amenities are always dysfunctional. our shuttle was broken down for weeks and now the hot tub isn’t working :(. but overall a great place to live!

I like living at The Social. It's very nice and close to campus. There are some paint chips and dents in the walls and floor, but it's an apartment complex, and they can't fix everything. I could tell they definitely don't check the rooms or clean them before you move in, because the laundry room was nasty, and there are command hooks left everywhere.

Once you get settled it’s okay but management is hard to deal with and can be kind of rude at times, specifically one person. The apartment was not cleaned or maintenanced when we moved in.
