He is very knowledgeable of all the residents and keeps us all safe when he happens across anyone that is not a resident and offers a promptu tour when necessary...

Housekeeper Angel works tirelessly to keep the property clean especially with the snow, rain, mud and new landscaping. All of them are easily found working throughout the property

24/7 complimentary amenities as promised (to name a few: rooftop bbq/fire pits, movie theater w/ popcorn & candy, game room w/ arcade & pool table, latte/cappuccino café bar, fitness room, rolling cart and dolly usage)

I personally love the convenience of the elevator, personal garage, and especially the secure package room

In addition, all delivery drivers are prohibited on the resident floors. Which provides additional security and minimize foot traffic which I greatly appreciate especially with 2 dogs that sleep when I’m our.

All the neighbors that I have met are very respectful of one another especially the ones of us that have dogs

It feels more like a long term suite hotel/resort then apartments

I am grateful to be amongst the 1st residents to have moved into this new Butte community

I have loved living here so far. The whole facility is beautiful. I love the movie theater and the clubhouse. It’s so much fun to be able to play pool downstairs. I also absolutely love the sky patio too. They’ve done an amazing job with the designing of everything. My apartment is gorgeous and I am so happy and comfortable! :) The custodian is wonderful and everything is so clean and perfect. Really appreciate the hard work she does. One of the biggest things I noticed after moving here was how much effort they put into the resident experience. The common areas are always clean, the rooftop space is beautiful, and the movie/game rooms make it feel a little more like a resort than an
apartment complex. The staff and management team have also been really welcoming and professional from the start. Overall just a really comfortable place to live.

The nicest staff always super helpful and supportive through all stages of move in. The apartment is beautiful and the whole ground is very well maintained.
