The apartments are amazing, the management company not so much.
The apartment that we rented was amazing the owner was great. The rental management company was a bunch of crooks hiding behind contracts.
On move out spent 6 hours cleaning and scrubbing the apartment. While cleaning I came across behind appliances the original drywall dust from construction the previous year, so their telling me that the 3 1/2 hours of additional cleaning was to get it in the same shape and cleanliness of when I got it is BS!
Also never used refrigerator water and ice, but... charged to replace the filter.
They seem to want to find the little things which to be honest, they got the apartment back in way better shape then I got it. Bad on me for not tearing the place apart before moving in.
Think very long and hard before renting from them. Inspect the apartment and be ready to be robbed on check out.
