Do not move here under any circumstances this place has been infested with roaches and bed bugs and they do the bare minimum to help you out and treat for it. In fact you have to pay 300$ to get your own u it treated for bed bugs as they don’t include it in the lease to cover their behind!

I have just moved here and I have multiple issues with appliances but no one is paying attention to problems. i just fee like moving here was a huge mistake.

They will update/ upgrade things that work just fine but leave essentials unfixed for months. The building reeks, probably as a result of leaving the washer/dryer broken for months. Management is more concerned about updating their units than making everyone feel safe. The main doorway had a missing window pane from Dec-Mar and was simply covered with duct tape. I have been living here for a few years now and management and maintenance are a joke. Dogs bark 24/7, doors slam shut the hallways are dim and need painting. There's dog crap in all the grassy areas, although there are "Poop Stations" most tenants can't be bothered. A large piece of sheet metal from the roof area has been on the ground for weeks. The building has been falling apart for a while now. After some large scale disasters with pipes they were finally investing some in getting stuff redone. They gave us less than the lease-specified 24 hour notice for non-emergency maintenance, vaguely said they would work on the plumbing stack. Apparently they needed to cut a large section of the wall out and caked our entire main area of the apartment in drywall dust. Terrible for someone with asthma. Not to mention it got completely in my... laptop, which I hoped canned air would be sufficient to fully clean out and went to town on it. Unfortunately now that laptop has a power issue so not only have they caused a potential hefty health-hazard without proper warning, they also shorted a $2500 computer.
