These apartments are dirty and always smell like marijuana in the hallways. If you move out early, they will take you for the full amount of the rest of the lease. They will do this even if you are in your second year living there and if you try months to find a replacement.

Regarding lease agreements, all terms—including early move-out policies—are outlined in the lease and are standard practice. While we do our best to assist residents with options such as Reassignment, all residents remain responsible for their lease obligations unless a replacement is fully approved and processed. Would not Recommend Living Here
0 Stars Honestly. Poor staff and Maintenance team cannot fix anything. Pool always closed and the AC never works. Staff never answers phone calls and they only call you back to ask you to renew your lease. Would not recommend, low quality apartments.

Cheap for a reason
its cheap for a reason the bill service they use is just a money grab, they over charge, and they will charge you a cleaning fee even if your room is clean.

Although we are off campus, our Mountain Line Bus Route only a 10 minute ride from our property to the downtown campus. We do have cameras within the... clubhouse and surrounding amenities. Affordable and Reliable
This complex is probably the most affordable apartments in all of Morgantown. It is less than a 10 minute bus ride to downtown and it does not break the bank. I was struggling to find any apartments that were reasonably priced before this one.
