Toured, Signed, and Can't Wait To Move In!
I toured many properties in town looking for an apartment and ultimately chose to lease with Canvas Townhomes. Not only were the models beautiful but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Jordan who took me on the tour was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer my many questions. Thank you again Jordan, I can't wait to move in!

Beautiful property

Amazing place to live
Canvas Townhomes is a spacious, clean, affordable, and helpful community. I am in a 4 bed apartment and I love it. The staff is super attentive, especially McKenzie-she has answered many of my questions and is always welcoming!

Great place to live!
Canvas is a great option to live in Morgantown. It has really well kept amenities and great rent compared to a lot of other places I’ve seen here. Staff is also very responsive and helpful- Mackenzie in the office is very sweet and helped with all our questions.
