I lived at Campus View Apartments for three years and had a very positive experience. The community is calm, safe, and very quiet, which made it a comfortable place to live. The apartments were always clean, and the rent was very reasonable.
One of the best aspects of living there was the management and staff. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Whenever I requested a repair or maintenance, it was handled very quickly. I also appreciated that there was no rent increase during... the three years I lived there.
The neighbors were respectful and the environment was peaceful with no noise issues. When I moved out, the management team was very kind and helpful with the process.
Overall, it is a great place to live, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

Campus View
Lived in a 3 bed 1.5 bath for almost 2 years with a full family, and great environment for a family! Staff and owners are beyond great, ensuring maintenance is taken care of promptly. They are very understanding and cooperative. Also perfect location to WVU stadium, grocery stores and gym! We were so sad to have to leave!

We had wonderful experience living in our 2bed 1.5 bath. The staff was super helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. Backyard was regularly maintained. Overall, great experience!!!
