It is with mixed emotions that I leave this incredible apartment, as it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with comfort, style, and an overwhelming sense of peace. The space itself is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with modern finishes and ample storage.
The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook, with high-quality appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep.
One of the standout features, however, has to be... the location. You're just minutes away from everything you could need—grocery stores, cafes, parks, and public transportation.
Additionally, the building’s management team has been exceptional. They’ve always been responsive, friendly, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, which made living here an even more enjoyable experience.
I can honestly say that this apartment has been more than just a place to live—it’s been a home. While I’m excited for the next chapter, I will always look back on my time here fondly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located apartment!

Nice apartment close to law school and bus lines
I rented a 1 bedroom apt. for 5 months, the duration of my Fulbright grant here in Morgantown, at WVU. The place has been ideal for my purposes: safe, adequately furnished, close to bus lines (a priority, since I did not drive a car while in Morgantown), and superbly managed by Vulcan Properties. I'm very grateful that the place was exactly as advertised (I rented it several months before I arrived, without seeing it), and also that whenever there were minor problems (with the smoke detector, a... misunderstanding with a neighbor), the management took care of it quickly, efficiently, and expertly. This provided a secure foundation for my stay in Morgantown, a base on which I could concentrate on my work (which is what I came here to do). I'm very grateful to them for all of this. Needless to say, I would only rent from from Vulcan if I were ever back in Morgantown.
