Well first of all the apartment itself was super old, it might fall down any time, everything inside was outdated, electronic appliances was from 1900’s, which results in a $ three digit power bill everymonth. And the landlord lady was super rude, like literally rude, she didn’t even pay a dollar of deposit back (just as I expected), gave lame reasons that there are stains on tub and sink etc. Rent is pretty expensive too, for the apartment, weird smell, no laundry for the first five months... after I moved in. She accepts rent only in cash to evade taxes. I can give a million other reasons. I would never recommend to stay at Cherry arms.
