It is a roof over your head with all aspects and more of affordable housing amenities. They have maintenance on site during and after hours, that work daily to clean and upkeep of the property. The Office Staff is very understanding and likable, As with any affordable housing, you have your slackers, drugs, and squatters that attempt to move in and not give a darn about other residents and property,( But in the 4 years I have been there) the office will not tolerate to much of the vandalism,... drugs, destruction of property, they will and do call police and start eviction proceeding's.
