Renting here was one of the absolute best decisions I ever made. From move-in to move-out, everything was perfect. The property manager, Betty, is nothing short of amazing. Anytime I needed anything, I could count on Betty to get it taken care of.
Randy, the maintenance guy, takes pride in his work and keeps the place in tip-top shape. They genuinely care about their residents and take care of the apartments as if they were their own.
Renting from a small, locally managed community really... speaks volumes about the way you are treated. You aren’t treated as just another tenant you’re treated like an actual person. Something that a lot of places miss.
I will absolutely miss renting here, but I would truly recommend this place to everyone. It’s close to everything and is just an all-around great place to live!
So thank you again, Betty, for absolutely everything! I truly appreciate everything you’ve done and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

our home before buying a home
this apartment was by far one of our favorites for myself, my husband and toddler. we had a lower unit that was spacious and well maintained, inside and out. Betty the property manager, was always thorough and so sweet! Randy and his maint crew were helpful and quick to addressing anything that needed attention during our rental period with the property.

Enjoyed My 3yrs Here
I loved my apartment (not my upstairs neighbor) but it was spacious, clean and I had the perfect backyard with a lot of nature. Betty the Apt Mngr was so helpful in finding me the right unit and was always there if I had any questions or concerns. Randy the Maint Tech was great and the landscape gentleman did a wonderful job. Thank you Mountain Bay Apartments!

Wonderful Place To Live!
I was a tenant here for 5 years, and it was a great place to live! Very close to the interstate and just down the road from places to shop for groceries and essentials. Betty, the property manager, takes her time getting to know you and makes you feel right at home and cared for! Quick and reliable maintenance. Neighbors are great and friendly.
