Great location, unmatched community
State Street Station has superstars running the show. Gary, Shelby, and the rest of the crew are completely invested in the community, making State Street Station the perfect place to live. After renting in many other places, this has been the best experience with attentive management, cleanliness, and a caring community. The attention to detail is unparalleled, and the location can't be beat.

Amazing apartment
In my 5 months of living here so far I have been extremely pleased with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the building, and how quickly my work orders have been completed. I absolutely love the location, the amenities, and how nice the actual apartments are. I also really enjoy that there are building events every month!

Convenient location, great home, great community
I’ve had the pleasure of living in my current 1bed/1bath for the last 2.5 years and I have absolutely loved it! It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, a few grocery stores within 2miles, above an orange theory (but the apartment also has a good sized gym). My neighbors and apartment staff are friendly and helpful! The community is safe. The building units are relatively new and very clean. There are also montly community events that are hosted by the apartment staff which is... a nice way to get to know people living in the building. I made my move to Milwaukee during the pandemic without having seen this apartment in person and I would 100% choose this apartment if I had to re-do my move!

Highly Recommend
I've only lived at State Street Sation for 4 months but I would definitely recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Everything is kept clean and I love all the amenities. I am happy with the choice to live here.
