My professional experience with the property manager was deeply disappointing. Throughout our interactions, I often encountered miscommunication and what I felt was a lack of transparency during important or sensitive discussions.
I worked at this property for over a year, and during that time, I experienced several concerns. If you’re working with management in a professional capacity, I recommend keeping detailed written records of all interactions. It can help prevent confusion and maintain... accountability.
I would not recommend it.

Great Management / Tenant Related
The management team is always on top of everything. Contacted them for a maintenance issue and they had gotten back to me within 24 hours, while also being able to fix the issue. Some tenants don't clean up after their dogs in the elevator, staircase, and/or outside- but if you let management know, they clean it up right away. Some tenants also do not clean up after themselves in the common areas. If you have the means to live here, you have the means to purchase cleaning products. The walls on... the same level are fairly thick. You rarely hear the people on top of you unless they're screaming.
All in all 5/5 due to management.
