Office Staff, Kristina, and Kaylee have been a great help for me. Helping me in my move, and getting settled in my new place. I am very grateful for them working with me. I have been here 14 yrs. and people like these two are one of the reasons I stayed, and moved to another apartment. They deserve a reward.

The windows in our building were replaced however since it wasn’t done correctly the heat & electric bill remained outrageously high! The office staff are rude & act annoyed if you call with questions.

Unprofessional and straight inconsiderate during times of covid. Mackenzie is aloof when it comes to knowledge of her job and they pro rate EVERYTHING! Even though it took them a month to replace blinds in tenants homes! We should be compensated for the inconvenience! I do not recommend people choose this place unless you want to be berated and overlooked to issues regarding your stay!!! Not happy at ALL PAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

We are aware you are dissatisfied with the level of service received at Monterey Apartments. We regret any inconvenience you have experienced. We have been very understanding and accommodating to our residents during COVID-19 and how it has impacted... our residents, but that does not mean that additional rentable items that are requested by the residents, such as additional parking or storage are now considered free. We greatly apologize the for the inconvenience of the delay of blinds for the new windows & patio door that were just installed in your apartment. We did communicate with your roommate about the delay about how they were back ordered and would be installed as soon as they came in, which they were 15 days after the contractors were done with the new patio door & windows in your apartment.
