Wife and I had a wonderful time at Timber Valley! Quiet area with great amenities. High quality apartment for the price, and thick walls where we couldn’t hear others around us. Management is great, and is really responsive. Would recommend anyone to Timber Valley

Timber valley provides a great up north environment. The pool, fitness centers, movie theater, and sauna are great additions to an already impressive apartment complex!

This place seriously has everything! We love the game room and work out rooms. A brand new pool was put in this summer and a dog park is going in across the street this fall. I can't say enough good things about this Apartment complex!

My husband and I love our 1 bedroom apartment at Timber Valley. The apartment has a great layout, with tons of kitchen space and storage (which was essential for me), large patio, central AC/heat, walk in bedroom closet, in-unit washer/dryer. Other perks of our apartment are a double bathroom vanity and pantry.
We choose Timber Valley also because of the awesome amenities, including a really nice pool area, game room, theater, 2 work out rooms, sauna, main area you can hang out in and rent out... as well, and it being pet-friendly. It's also really close to shops on the West side of Madison like Target, Pick & Save, and the mall, but far enough away that it's quiet.
Highly recommend Timber Valley!!

We love our apartment. It’s super spacious, tons of sunlight, cabinet space, etc. High ceilings, too! The amenities is what makes this all totally worth it as well. Pool, two gyms, tanning bed, sauna, dog park, coffee bar, game room, community room, etc. The four grills in the pool area have been great for dinner as well :)
