With four separate buildings spread across the property there is an abundance of green space that gives it a peaceful and open feel you rarely find in apartment living. Prairie Crest has truly impressed me from day one. The community is immaculate, the amenities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I had a lot of problems when I lived here.

I wasn't even allowed in my apartment for the first week due to "repairs" I was not notified of until after I signed my lease, then they still had the gall to ask me to pay for utilities used during that window where I wasn't allowed in and hadn't set up an account for yet.

When I had issues with my fridge and they replaced it, they instead replaced it with some used old thing they took from somewhere else and never bothered to clean it beforehand. It... was filthy and I cleaned it myself. The AC unit was also black with mold and stunk. Make sure to check your fans for black stuff.

Last October they gave out free stuff to anyone who left a 5 star review which is why Oct 2021 has so many fake 5 stars You can spend 30 hours cleaning and make everything spotless and they will still take all your money. It's a great apartment to live in as long as you are willing to pay a $600 deposit you will never see again. They will make up stains that are not there or charge you for stains the previous renters made and ignore your move in report you fill out.

I applied to live here and was told there were no other applications for the apartment so mine would have first choice. I was told I’d hear back in three days. After a week I was told I’d hear back in a few more days. This went on a few more times, each time I contacted them. Finally after 3 weeks I was told the apartment was rented.
