When asked to see video footage for a stolen package they were conveniently broken. They don’t care about security or safety. The front door camera is broken? They also let the fire panel beep for months straight without fixing it.

Awful management. Maintenance requests were never taken care of. No one on site to speak to. Ants everywhere coming in through the walls. Leaking refrigerator, had to use my towels to soak up puddles of water because they refused to fix it. They drilled holes in my vanity after an upstairs neighbor flooded their apartment and they never fixed it. Charged me for damage that I did not have anything to do with upon moving out. I have enjoyed living here over the past 4 years. The property is kept looking top notch, and the staff is great. Can't ask for anything better.

I can say nothing but wonderfuld things about the staff, residents, and the property. Leopold Place is well kept and there is a real sense of community. Neighbors get together for coffee, bbq's, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone.
