They take a look into properties that are not in the area you are looking for and proceed to convince you... that your bedroom requirements is popular which is a common tactic in sales. They also suggested a 2 bedroom downsize. They did answer right away which is why I gave them a 2x

Canterbury Court in Sun Prairie WI
I've been living here for nearly two years now and I have to say it is pretty wonderful here.
Here's some pros about the place:
-The rent here has always been inexpensive. - Nice/quiet neighbors - Close to Madison East mall, Super Walmart, Woodmans, Fastfood, schools, movie theaters etc -We just recently got newer prettier windows. - The staff has always been really nice and helpful - Maintenance is always ready to help - Five day grace period for rent - LARGE walk in closets. I really love... these. - The bedrooms are very spacious. (Bigger than the bedrooms in my parent's house). You could probably fit two large beds and stuff in them. - Living room and balcony are large and perfect for entertaining guests. - The hallway closet is also very spacious. - The heating system works really quickly to warm up your room in the winter. - Plenty of parking spaces - No lag time in winter/ The plow snow out the the parking lots in a timely manner. I've never had a problem. - All in all, it is a very spacious apartment.
The only cons I would have is that the Air Conditioning is only in the living room, however it still does get pretty cold & that you have shared laundry rooms (8 apartments to one washer and dryer) but again the neighbors are really nice and respectful.
I would recommend this apartment to other people because it is cost friendly but still offers a spacious apartment and more.
