The house is... fully furnished to include three fully furnished and decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a newly purchased queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. It also comes with a trundle. The basement has a bed., sofa and desk. We do not allow multi-family lived in this house. We do not allow sub-lease either.
There is a large furnished living room (with a very nice and large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV) and a dining area (with a dining table and benches), and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc.
There is a laundry room with a drier and a washer. It comes with a garage as well. It has a nice fully fenced backyard. Dogs are welcome. No cats.
All utilities are included, water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, internet, and You/Tube TV. However, tenants needs to do and lawn care and snow removal. Renter's insurance is required. We do require background check and no eviction history. Applicants' credit score is expected to be at least 620 (negotiable).
