Rent includes water/disposal/recycling. Tenants pay for gas, electric, and handle snow/ice removal from their small private walkway and stairs to their private entry. Lawn care and most snow/ice removal is handled by the downstairs tenants.

LEASE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of work and rental history, income of at least $2400/mo, no evictions or unpaid financial judgments and a peaceful reputation on CCAP. Target move-in date
First name, last name, and DOB of all adults that would live in the home
Total number of people (including minor children) that would live in the home
Brief work and rental narrative of all adults that would live in the home
Total household income and sources of that income
Description of any pets that would live in the home
