I have lived here for 2 months and have had to call maintenance a couple times. Once for my garage freezing shut and once because I locked myself out! Both times they were here within 30 minutes and were super friendly. The landlords aren’t exactly smiley, happy looking people, but they definitely aren’t rude. I don’t hear the neighbors very often, and they say they can’t hear my bird. I really enjoy living here and plan to for a long time! The only downside is they don’t allow cats. ??

My Review
I have lived here for about a year. I love this place. It has a lot of space and it is big enough for my daughter and I! I love living here. If you have a problem they come out and fix it right away, and are very polite on the phone. I would and have recommended these apartments to my friends and family!!

Decent place with a garage
The Seymour Apartments are a decent, safe place to live. I rent a place to live during the week for work, then drive home on the weekends. The second floor has a nice vaulted ceiling and there is plenty of closet space. Very pleasant and functional apartment! Priced very nicely.

I have looked at many apartments and this is it. quiet, friendly neighbors. upkeep great,very homelike, you just feel so comfortable. and never embarassed for visitor to come, but proud you have chosen this one
