The apartment itself is fine, but management communication has been challenging. We’ve experienced issues such as the main door not always latching properly, which is a safety concern.
In addition, interactions with management have sometimes felt overly personal and lecturing rather than professional. Communication would be much better if it focused on maintenance and lease-related matters rather than personal commentary.
I hope management improves professionalism and communication with... respect to tenants since they pay ??.

It's a nice place
I like it but the rent is a little to much for me to pay I can't buy my kids stuff that I need around the house too.. That's why I'm asking for help..
